DVSA Trailer Towing - Driving License B+E Categories
For all people who have passed their standard car B driving test after 1st January 1997 and are required by law to take a further test to tow trailers or caravans.
All people who want to tow trailers or caravans above the B licence limit. i.e. Council and utilities personnel, caravan owners, horse-box owners, boat owners.
One Day Training Plus Test Day
One full day of training to get the delegate up to test standard on all the off road exercises and on road skills required to pass the B+E car and trailer test. (7 hours)
The second day the delegate receives two hours of refresher training prior to the *test at the local DVSA test centre*. He/she will be accompanied there and back from the test by the instructor.
Two Day's Training Plus Test Day
Our special intensive three day course is carefully structured for all skill levels to bring you up the the E test standard so you give your best driving performance on the test.
You will cover all the exercises and roadwork skills required to pass the B+E car and trailer test without rushing but in depth.
The two full training days allow you to practice and become competant during the training sessions. The third day is dedicated to the *test at the local DVSA test centre* with two hours refresher training prior.
*Paid for by the delegate. The current DVSA test charge is £115.00 (zero rated VAT)
The object of this practical driving course is to train the delegate to attain the standard and pass the additional trailer category B+E car & trailer DVSA driving test. All delegates will receive individual tuition in all the exercises and disciplines required to complete the test successfully.
